Multiwavelength observations of microquasars: a view on jets and dust
I shall review briefly the properties of the jet sources, aka microquasars. These sources allowed us to better understand the connection between accretion and ejection of matter, and they are also very good laboratories to study the interaction between their ejecta and their environment. I will then focus on the non-thermal synchrotron emission seen on these sources thanks to extensive multiwavelength observations, and show that most of the X-ray binaries of our Galaxy seem to exhibit non-thermal emission during their outbursts.
